After gunshots were allegedly fired during his Pennsylvania rally, Donald Trump left the stage.

At his Pennsylvania rally on Saturday, July 13, multiple shots were heard. According to video footage, the Republican presidential candidate grimaced and raised his right hand to his right ear during the shots.

Body guards then crowded around Trump as he ducked below the podium and armed officers took up positions at the front of the stage. As the U.S. Secret Service led him to a car, Trump repeatedly raised his fist to the assembly and yelled.

Trump was hurt, according to CNN, but no further information was provided. It was not clear how or what injuries he may have sustained.

His right ear and the right side of his face were covered in blood, as seen on camera.
