The Nationwide Cocoa Farmers Rally took place at the Methodist Church in Bawdie, bringing together cocoa farmers from my beloved constituency to celebrate their hard work. The event was honored by Mr. Felix Kwame Quainoo, Western South Regional Manager of CHED (Ghana Cocobod), and other dignitaries.
I took the chance to sincerely thank all farmers in our constituency for their vital role in community development through cocoa farming. I also shared the government’s plans to ensure fair cocoa prices based on global market trends and to provide essential farming supplies to make their work easier and more productive. Together, we are nurturing a stronger future for cocoa farming.
