The minority through its ranking member on health committee and MP for Juaboso, Mr Kwabena Mintah Akandoh has called on government to stop the trick and politicization of recruiting professionals into the health institutions.
He explained that, the intention of government to recruit about 15,200 nurses has been a trick the NPP government has adopted to influence the youth in voting for the party all in the name of giving these professionals the opportunity to be employed.
Mr Akandoh further said, the NPP did same in 2016 by assuring these professionals by giving them jobs in order to get their votes, same was repeated in 2020 and after the elections no recruitment has been carried till now that another recruitment announcement has been made again.
The ranking member has therefore advised the youth not to fall for these old tricks of the NPP government by voting them into power come December 7.
